Groups for Adults at st paul's
At St. Paul's we meet in Growth Groups to study the Bible in informal small groups, to learn from each other and apply what we have learnt. We also pray for one another, to build friendships and encourage. It is easy to join a group and you will be made very welome.
The groups meet fortnightly on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Tuesday afternoon. For more information please contact the vicar.
Songs of Praise
All are invited to join us for a half hour service singing well-known and well-loved hymns with a short talk followed by tea & cakes. Hymn requests also welcome!
Songs of Praise meets on the 1st Thursday of each month (except August) at 2pm in the Church Hall.
Tea, cake and company - meet new people, or catch up with friends. All are welcome.
Third Thursday is on the 3rd Thursday of each month, at 2pm in the Church hall.
We put on a variety of activities for men at St Paul's to get to know each other better, and bring friends to. We've been karting, bowling, and archery, while also enjoying Darts and Dominoes at the pub, or a curry evening.
From time to time we host craft making evenings, including the popular Christmas Craft Evening. They are an opportunity to have a go at making your own crafts. It's a sociable evening, in which there will be a short talk and refreshments.
We have all sorts of social events going on at St Paul's, including Quiz nights, skittles, Murder Mystery's. Look out for details of our next event!
