Life at St Paul's Church

Sundays at St Paul's

Everyone is welcome to any of our services. There is no dress code or seating plan! When you arrive you will be greeted at the door and given a service sheet and notice sheet. You can sit anywhere you like. If you have children with you, they are welcome to join the creche (0-3) or Explorers (ages 3-11) - they leave after 20 minutes or so during the service to go to the Church Hall for their activites and teaching.  If you have young children, and rather not take them to the creche, then we have a kid's corner at the back of church to help you occupy your children should you need it.

St Paul's ChurchSunday Mornings 10am
Join us for our service of worship as we praise God with well-known hymns and contemporary songs, encourage one another and hear from God through his Word the Bible. Communion is usually part of our service on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Our current sermon series are detailed on the term card. Refreshments are served after the service - tea and coffee are brought round to the pews.

Cafe Church
Cafe Church is a different way of being church.  It usually meets on the fourth Sunday of the month in the Village Hall.  Coffee, croissants and pastries are served from 9.45am.

Sunday Evenings
We don't have an evening service at St Paul's, but we do encourage those that would like to join St Alkmund's Duffield for a joint evening service, at 6.30pm.
